What does the Colon Cleanse Program ‘Sluggish’ involve?

MORNING
Drink 4-500mls of pure filtered or spring water (with nothing in it)

-Take 10mls of Colloidal Minerals and *2-8 tablets of a Green Food Supplement. Take the Green Food Supplement Challenge

Wait 5 minutes
-Take 2 x Vitaklenz capsules with water and 15 drops of Herbal Tri Plex** in 1/3 glass water
EAT BREAKFAST

EVENING
-Take 2 x Vitaklenz capsules with water and 15 drops of Herbal Tri Plex** in 1/3 glass water
EAT DINNER

Before Bed
Keep your Oxy Powder by your bedside table.  THE ONLY TIME YOU TAKE OXY POWDER IS JUST BEFORE YOU GO TO BED!  Take 2 capsule of oxy powder with lots of water between 9-10pm at night before you go to bed, or earlier.  You need to find your own personal dose that works best for you.

You have to find your own dose of Oxy-Powder by trial and error, no one can really advise you on this. Look for an increase in your peristaltic intestinal action, and in the amount of faecal matter that you eliminate, the consistency of which should be liquid to semi-liquid. If you do not notice any difference in your intestinal behaviour, or the difference was not dramatic enough, gradually increase the dose of “Oxy-Powder", one capsule at a time, each night you go to bed.

Your own dose can be anywhere between 2 and 9 capsules. Start with 2 capsules and increase your dose until you have 2-5 bowel movements the following day. People with a VERY sluggish and constipated bowel should start with 4 capsules of Oxy-Powder and build up gradually as far as 9 capsules.  Usually your “Oxy-Action” comes pretty close together in the morning, and this is perfect.

Warning: Do not be tempted to increase the dose by more than one capsule at a time, unless you want to know what rocket propulsion feels like! Once you have found your own ‘optimum dose’, stay on this every night before you go to bed for 7 nights.  Then take Oxy Powder every other night.  During the third week of the detox again start taking it every night, and for the fourth week every other night.   Repeat this until your bottle of Oxy Powder is completed.  

Some people stay on Oxy Powder in the above manner for up to one year or longer.  Finding your own maintenance dose is perfect, as your bowel will not become addicted to this product, and your bowel wall will not lose its tone.   Oxy Powder is safe for children and in pregnancy. 

*Start by taking 2 tablets of Spirulina or other Green Food Supplement, and then the next day take 3 tablets, the next day take 4 tablets…until you are taking 8 tablets of your chosen Green Food Supplement.  Stick with 8 tablets per day. Super Greens and Barely Grass are also available from this website in powder form, and can be added to your morning juice or smoothie, if you prefer.  


**In the second and subsequent weeks up the dose of Herbal Tri Plex to 30 drops before breakfast and dinner.

What Can I Expect During The Colon Cleanse ‘Sluggish’ Program?
Each individual will respond differently to the program.  
‘The Healing’ Crisis is often referred to as a stage where a person, undertaking an herbal detox program may feel worse, before they feel better.

What Can I Do To Help Myself Through The Healing Crisis Transition?
  • Take regular short cold showers, the more the better
  • Allow yourself to rest and sleep for longer periods
  • Be in nature – go for short walks, gentle swims, Chi Gong and/or Yoga
  • Take time out from visits to the gym, jogging or excessive exercise
What Next?
-Once you are no longer taking the Oxy Powder, Vitaklenz or the Herbal Tri Plex, Detox 4 Life highly recommends that you take Motion Potion -1 heaped tsp in 1/3 glass water before breakfast and dinner.  This will put the healthy micro-organisms back into your intestines.  Motion Potion will also help to soothe and heal your gut lining and keep motions regular, as well as alkalise your system.

How Often Should I Cleanse My Colon?
